Few weeks ago, I change all the PVC ball valves to conventional Brass. The PVC ball valves will leak after sometime exposed to sun light. Mine was leaking very badly after close to 1 year of usages. It come from the free installation.

When you get free installation, ask the plumber to use brass, pay him some $$$ to change maybe RM 100+-. Brass / stainless steal is much reliable and more expensive. One brass valve / tap is about RM 25- 30. Need 3. The PVC ball valve only RM 5 - 7, and h/w shop owner told me pvc ball valve is not design for high pressure + sun exposure.
