QUOTE(zheilwane @ May 22 2015, 01:51 PM) Current Promotion Aquaphor Solo is RM 550, Singapore selling RM 800+ (SGD 300) http://healthquest.com.sg/collections/home...or-crystal-soloCrystal Solo and Eco are mainly for European market, for Europe they use LGA not NSF. Their RO system DWM 101 mainly sold in USA has NSF and one of the cartridge is K2 cartridge which is the one Crystal Solo is using. Aquaphor is an international brand with HQ in both Europe and USA, therefore some models with NSF some models with LGA. What is the difference between Solo and Eco? Is there promo for Eco too?

Got my Aquaphor Crystal Solo installed today at my apartment. Price is very reasonable - thanks to Zean who helped to arrange his plumber at a short notice for installation. Will be posting my review once I move in to my apartment and start using Solo regularly.

Sold locally on http://www.lelong.com.my/culligan-ic-ez-4-...7-01-Sale-I.htmIf you want cheaper, go to Amazon.com and type Culligan EZ-4

Or u are referring to indoor drinking filter? If indoor u can get aquaphor crystal solo @ rm 550 free delivery inclusive of a filter tap. Low maintenance cost as the replacement is only rm 150. It does not just filter off chlorine alone but contaminants like heavy metals and bacteria as well (with aqualen and silver inside) Just a reminder to all members my shop will be closed and reopen on 3rd june This post has been edited by zheilwane: May 24 2015, 09:08 PM

But I am looking outdoor filter. Here is one called Tsunami Ipure but I haven't been able to find this one in PEnang. http://www.lelong.com.my/tsunami-ipure-out...7-01-Sale-I.htmPentair brand also claims to have similar filter media inside the filter. E.g. multiple types of sands, rocks and carbon. Both have Activated Carbon. But in the picture it looks very little in volume to remove chlorine. Also, I am confused about the media inside the filter. Some say just sand and Tsunami one above shows multiple filter media like sand and rock. What's the difference?

Actually it is simple, if you have rock or more layers of different media, the amount of sand will be lesser in the filter. Rock or Sand which do you have have better filtration? Sometimes more doenst mean it is better For landed property, Chlorine is important to protect our water tank from bacteria. That is why most outdoor filters do not filter chlorine unless u do not have a water tank This post has been edited by zheilwane: May 25 2015, 07:51 AM

QUOTE(zheilwane @ May 21 2015, 10:48 PM) Notice, that many forumers are looking for Good Water filter but at a reasonable price, introducing a new filter AQUAPHOR from Europe. Like what NightFelix said is true, not all carbons are the same. Most good brands will give carbon block while Aquaphor is also using carbon block but a special patented one call CarbFiber Block with Aqualen (Aquaphor's patented technology) and also with silver in it. Want to know more? Just read through the links below. Currently we are having promo and the price is definitely very attractive We do have an actual unit (Crystal Eco) installed in our shop and we have been drinking it for about 2 months direct from the tap. Do drop by our showroom to taste the difference For those who came to my shop and tasted it before, the STOCK has finally ARRIVED, good time to get it now. Catalog https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4orAkJ_n8...pX2M/view?pli=1Official Website http://aquaphor.com/why-aquaphorOr Introduction Video of Aquaphor https://www.youtube.com/watch?t=290&v=rFZUNJVZ3CI IC-EZ-1 cartridge can do 3000 gallons (NSF42, need boiling) for RM66/year, what about yours? or any other filter for that matter.

It is for my own consumption. The tubing you can get from any hardware store, if not mistaken it is 4mm. Just ask for 'water filter tubing, 4mm. It is white in colour and flexible.
