Both got pros and cons. Is up to you want to use it for how long.
For me, I prefer 600 over 800 as it can last longer in some sense. But raining season I will cry as I need to spin extra once or twice.

The dumb question is, do you really have that much of laundry to wash?
Depending what you are going to wash, if you have lots of lady's wear(not bras BTW), slower speed will be better.
And don't buy those with variable speed spinning, it will fail faster. As the speed either limited by mechanically or electronically. Both are the same will shorten the motor's lifespan.
