How about dryer and washer combine? Appreciate if anyone using this type of washing machine can comment and share your experience. smile.gif

I'm considering whether to get a Dryer/washer combo or a dedicated dryer since I already have a samsung washing machine...

My concern:
1. What kind of clothes can be mixed?
2. How long does it take to do both washing and drying?
3. Does it use a lot electricity?

Yup, dryers consume a lot of electricity. They are high wattage machines and each drying cycle may take 20-30 mins or more.

Dryers are popular in the West due to cold seasons when you cannot dry outside. Here in Malaysia with so much sunshine I don't see the need for a dryer, unless maybe you live in a condo (but even in condo you can air dry in the yard).

LG has lots of appliances with nice design lately...but are they durable? Anyone can share their experience or recommendation?
