I looked up the specs for EWP85752  and spin speed is 850 (rpm).
http://www.electrolux.com.sg/Products/Laun...oaders/EWP85752

Seems slow however in Malaysia warm and hot weather, drying in open air should not be an issue. If using a dryer or enclosed place like condo, look for higher spin speed.

SPIN SPEED

The spin speed simply tells you how fast the drum spins in revolutions per minute. Generally speaking, the faster the spin speed the drier your washing will be when the machine has finished. Budget washing machines will typically spin at around 1,100rpm, but look for a 1,400rpm or 1,600rpm machine for the best performance. Our reviews will tell you how dry washing was when the washing cycle had finished.

Spin-dry effectiveness: Front-loaders (and European horizontal axis top loaders) offer much higher maximum spin speeds of up to 2000 RPM, although home machines tend to be in the 1000 to 1400 RPM range, while top-loaders (with agitators) do not exceed 1140 RPM. High-efficiency top-loaders with a wash plate (instead of an agitator) can spin up to 1100 RPM, as their center of gravity is lower. Higher spin speeds remove much more residual water, making clothes dry faster. This also reduces time and energy if clothes are dried in a clothes dryer.[citation needed]

http://www.electrolux.com.my/Products/Laun...oaders/EWF12732
these 2 are 1000rpm

http://www.electrolux.com.my/Products/Laun...oaders/EWF10842

If you have budget for W85SV why not consider EWF10932? If not mistaken both almost the same price.
*
Senheng Electrolux Front Loading Washer ELE-EWF10932 - RM2,949.00

i went to a local shop (not those big chain store like courts/senheng),
they quote me EWF12732 for RM2000 but no stock
the shop recommend me to take EWF10842for RM24xx

then i saw senheng got promotion for W85SV, RM2499 for member

so the major differences is W85SV and EWF10932 have direct inverter drive while EWF12732 and EWF10842 dont have direct inverter drive. size wise is EFW10932 (9KG) > W85SV (8.5KG) > EWF10842 (8KG) > EWP12732 (7KG) and all of them have large door

QUOTE(westlife @ May 3 2014, 09:37 AM)
Yup,, correct. In fact ewf12022 is even better
*
ewf12022 is beyond my budget smile.gif
but i know it's good machine

almost the same price that you post. I got it from Harvey Norman guess it's more expensive than local store, too lazy to go out to town to hunt one.  tongue.gif
*
i see
the local store told me hitachi has no service center in KK
but when i called hitachi customer service they told me got service center here and they gave me the phone number as well (havent try to call them though) hmm.gif

so your water outlet hole is right below your WM?
the water outlet hole in my drying yard is about 6-7 feet away from the WM place (weird+fail placement by the developer doh.gif )
i'm thinking either use PVC pipe connect the WM outlet pipe to let the water run to the hole (longer distance) or drill a hole and let the water go through the toilet sink outlet/outlet hole (shorter distance as the WM will be placed right outside the toilet)

Since the water outlet is not there. Likely that it is not original location designed by developer for the house to place the washing machine there. In long run, if u really prefer other location to place the washing machine. It is suggested to either hack the tiles etc to install new water inlet and outlet. I did the same for my house too.
*
i guess i have to consult the installer/plumber and see how to do it
impossible to place it on the water outlet hole as it is right behind the door and no water tap was placed there doh.gif
hacking the floor is not an option as the management dont allowed it (apartment)

give you one suggestion buy a big water bucket and flush your water from WM there, reusable water to flash toilet bowl  tongue.gif
*

so your wash program is auto? hmm.gif

QUOTE(ozak @ May 3 2014, 11:20 PM)
You can get an extension WM flexible hose same like the outlet WM hose type. It come in 1m, 1.5m or 2m. Extend to the drainage of your desire. And you can roll it back if you want.

My WM is also outside the toilet. The outlet hose is not enough long to reach the drain hole. So get this flexible hose to extend. When I want to use the toilet, just roll back and hang at behind the WM.
*
didnt think of that
will look into that as well biggrin.gif
