Did you have any luck getting your machine repaired? My machine the touch screen no longer responds to any touch.

Have Panasonic Front Loader Washer Dryer NA-VX 93GL. Unfortunately touch-screen has failed after 6 years. RM1,900 to replace circuit board so better to get a new machine. Probably anything but Panasonic. Consumer organisation in NZ says Panasonic appliance reliability Terrible, and Customer Satisfaction Average. Excellent reliability and Satisfaction scores for Mitsubishi Electric and for Daikin (although models in NZ may be different to models in Malaysia).
