I m not partial to any brand but quite skeptical about Korean products, as long as d appliances are hassle-free in within 5yrs of usage so far.  Come to think of it, I m using only Panasonic brand for all my aircond units, inverter fridge, top loader washing machine, inverter microwave oven, except for Hitachi Japan imported Plasma TV, Hitachi vacuum cleaner n a Dyson handheld vacuum cleaner, Dyson floor standing fan. Comparatively I m very happy with my Panasonic products still hahaha.  Will be moving to a new condo unit n my only concern is to whether get a front loader washing machine for a change, which brand comes highly recommended, anyone?

Electrolux ins't that good?

Mind to consider for Bosch made in gemany

I think I would reconsider for electrolux too, currently used top loader electrolux not really good for noise & vibrator issue.

If compare with Bosch or Siemens sure they are better but generally eletrolux better than panasonic and toshiba...elba seem old school

electrolux front load how much now if 10kg?
*
10kg will cost you around RM3200 or 3600. Beyond that price should be a fully import model. I just got a 9kg washer 2 weeks back, priced at Rm2400 after discount. RRP was Rm31xx and during fair discount was Rm26xx but as i am getting others appliance...further discount is given.

Btw, mine was front loading washer thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

how is the performance?
*
thumbup.gif . Currently using a 2 in 1 machine - Electrolux 7kg/5kg model (*washer + dryer). Before this was using Elba top loader.

Front loader well known much more 'gentle' in washing but need to ensure use the low suds soak...

Noisy or vibrator when spin and drying time for runing noise?
*
same just 2 in 1 machine...

You dunno we live in condo/apartment/flat space issue.

Unlike landed properties.

Anyone using the Panasonic front load NA-140VG3 (10kg, 14000rpm) washer with inverter? Tempted to get a unit for myself but I saw more negative reviews than positive ones in Australia website.

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/panasoni...-148vg3wau.html

How about Hitachi branded front-load washers? Any experiences? Somehow I have  a tendency for Japanese brands for my house electrical appliances.

Thanks!

friend bought it so far no complaint

Panasonic all the parts are made in China. Reliability is a question.
Try Hitachi, but choose the model with basic functions, with inverter motor but not "econavi". Unless you are prepared to change the circuit board every now and then.
*
all hitachi part is fully japan made is it ?

This the seller never says. But 8.5 years ago when I'm sourcing for WM(shop A), they also asked me to take Hitachi and it proven to work till now but with some problems on alignment.
And on Sunday(shop B), again the seller says the same thing.
As a Panasonic die hard fan, this makes me wonder to get a Panasonic WM or stick to Hitachi.
Again, getting WM will less fancy functions sure will last long. After all, it still pour water, spin, drain. But FL do have dancing functions like what my company gives us in the villa. It only need 2 years to have this function.
*
nowadays warranty period proven its reliability - where all maker more of less have same among of warranty period e.g 10-12 years compressor warranty...

next would be design/feature and price....

some ppl started to have hitachi, pana, toshiba fridge during their kid era hence this created a 'brand' to their heart....

sometime really got to dare to try new thing bit tongue.gif....

So far I found this the only brand with soft-close on top mirror closer.
