With some funny functions tends to last shorter due to the circuit board have to dump in more silly functions.

When my WM was new, I tested with my company's decibel meter only register 20dB.
But now when it is spinning ~75% load, the noise are quite loud.
Any WM when new their spinning noise are minimum.

If can sure I will borrow. Industrial grade equipment I have more trust as they are calibrated every 3 months, so the accuracy can be 99%

1. degrade faster when you put close to full load all the time.
2. gets dirty and turn slower, after clean will still more or less the same.
3. blower unit won't really generate much noise, but the compressor unit may.
4. my house are quite far from main road.

For 2 and 3, as the motor are running on constant load, so won't really have effect much.

I bought the panasonic top loader eco navi NAFS16G3 for RM1800 plus RM320 for 1+4 extended warranty.  Reason is, I am scared the board will burn after 3 years and I dont have warranty...

Anyway, the reason I bought was the control board at the back of the washer instead of in front.  For a top loader, the control at the back makes more sense as you wont wet it when you load in presoaked clothes and when taking out clothes to dry. 

I was looking around for toshiba but did not see any at RM1600 for 16kg!  Most units I saw are rather expensive. 

Been washing 4 comforters since I bought it.... saved Rm80 dobi fees...lol...  It is awfully quiet...I keep forgetting it is on!

Before I commit a purchase, minimum shops I visit will be 10-20. Usually Homdec will put MSRP and then give some discount for it which still 20-30% more expensive than those no name shops

Yea same to me, I will pay for the convenience too as long as it's in my acceptable range. lazy to travel here and there, visit here visit there, waste my time and energy to talk to sales
