According to him, it was caused by an iron bar which is off balance. This usually happen if the delivery guys do not handle the machine with care when they deliver from electric store to your home. Wahahahahaaa.... of course, he will said nothing to do with Hitachi ...
hi, i'm in the process of shopping for a washing machine, and Hitachi is a brand that I may consider. Luckily I still haven't bought yet and read your reviews. I know it was 9 years ago, what happened to the that machine after that? would you buy Hitachi again?
