I have a friend who commented on those 2in1 washer/dryer. She was mentioning that it isn't good. I think in the long run the machine will break down faster. I suggest that you get seperate ones - preferably European brand.

FYI, it says it has warm temp for washing - you have to actually install a boiler/hot water pipe to your washing machine, not that the machine will actually warm up the water for washing. But i might be wrong, it might be a new invention but this is what i know and how it works overseas. biggrin.gif

FYI, warm water might shrink some clothings, so beware.

i m looking for the wash machine with dryer too...surf the LG web site know that got steam refresh function, it can refresh clothes and reduces wrinkles.  clothes are wrinkle-free and ready to wear in just 20 minutes.

anyone there use it b4?

Hi Alan,

From my experience with using dryers, usually when the cycle is done, take out your clothes immediately and shake it. Dunno how to explain, something like before you hang your clothes to dry, you shake it all out. Then it will be fine. I don't think the 'steam refresh' function really gives out any difference.

If anyone at all, are the sort that leaves the clothes in the dryer/washer for a long time before taking it out, regardless of any magic 'no need to iron your clothes' function, it'll still be wrinkly.

Also it depends on the type of clothing you want to dry, usually for jeans, it will take probably 1hr to 1.5hr but then again getting your clothes all warmed up isn't that good either as it will shrink clothes. Also for those sweater like clothing, within time, the material will be 'furry-like'.

I never iron my clothes and yet, it does not wrinkle after every machine wash.
