My Samsung (the 10kg with diamond drum) broke down just after using 1 yr! It was able to spin only one direction and customer service so slow and they told me no stock for the parts. Took them 3-4 trips to my plc to check, get back to me, come back to fix and realized the bottom drum cant be open and came back 4th trip to repair it. And my problem is the clutch. Took them almost 3 weeks. Ask samsung come and check also quote me service charge call of rm80 to 150

So in meanwhile, I have no choice but to buy a new Electrolux washing machine. After they repaired the Samsung, I was charge rm250! Current 10kg machine cost less than Rm1k. Previously I was using LG and it lasted a good 12 yrs.
