Yes. Side by side is mean left side freezer and right side refrigerator. French door mean same like conventional. Top and bottom or opposite. But with 2 door open left and right. French door normally for wider fridge to save space door open and lost of cool air.

My budget around 3.5K.
Looking for side by side or french door fridge.

Narrowing down to :
1. Hitachi R-W720EM

2. Sharp SJX66STSL
http://www.senheng.com.my/side-by-side/123...-sjx66stsl.html

Anyone got some experience with it?
Care to enlighten me? Hehe... Thanks in advance...

how long is the warranty given for the sharp fridge?
is it necessary to take the senheng extended warranty? worth it?

Hi all,

Wanna get some opinions on toshiba R48 480Liter Samsung RT45 450liter.

I like samsung rt45 due to nice design but heard that samsung fridge quality not as good as toshiba. Both around the same price.

I am currently using a toshiba fridge for 8 years without any issue. Wanna know anyone using samsung fridge? Wanna know how is the feedback on samsung... Thanks alot!!

Hi all,

The samsung model is not RT45 but RT41 which got nice black flat door.

I didnt go for both option but end up with sharp 591. Better look than toshiba but not as nice as Samsung. All about the same price.

Their compressors are reliable and quiet. A friend has a R-Z700 2 door since 2006. Only problem with that is that its longish fridge door a bit bengkok from the load. They had adjusted the floor level since so it's straighten back. The 10 years warranty also for A/C, Washer as well. The R-B6800M is cool albeit pricey. Annual energy consumption is 260kW/h or 23 units per month.

Hi there.

Anyone have experience with Electrolux fridge? I'm considering either Hitachi or Electrolux for my new fridge. Both are side by side doors with the priceof range of aabout rm4.2k.

Is Electrolux a reputable manufacturer for fridges? How is it compared to Hitachi?

Appreciate the advice smile.gif
