then the shop is going to get a legal letter for breaking consumer rights unless they do something to fix it

btw, the technician (from hitachi) mention applying something to the compressor to reduce the noise. installation will be done by him hence "should be hitachi-certified"

I plan to upgrade my refrigerator. From 2 person, now all 6 in our family. From 6 month baby to 8 year old daughter. U know la how kid with refrigerator. So my budget 3.5k,hopefully can get at least 550l to 600l with inverter technology. Now eyeing for 2 model 1) Hitachi rw720p3m  2) Panasonic nr-by552xs 2.8k

Anyone experienced bought from Senheng online? Or u can recommend other model suitable with 4 kids but I really like big French design, Panasonic got this design or not? Tomorrow I will survey other retail shop. Just need recommendation for model. Tq

DON't BUY Hitachi, I bought Hitachi RV 750PM Inverter series on 15 Jan 2013 and today which is 6th august 2014 the whole fridge spoil no cool air and fan also dun have which is totally down. Thought to use this fridge for long time who know died after waranty. Very angry and called the Hitachi service, they said their reponse time is 3 days to come to check, what the heck spoil until cannot use still need to wait 3 days
