if i remember it correctly...run around him n dun stop so that his shot whon't hit u. When he is reloading his lightning thingy u take a whack la...Use the stylish-dunno-whatchacallit-slash (forget how i do it..but Ryu usually do the bergaya stance after executing the slash)

Then run around again...

U just hv to do it one or two blow at a time. If u want more...he can take a whack at u for sure. Patience is the key young padawan.
