 Sun block, what spf most suitable?

it is so hot nowadays...and i consult on a skin specialist that he said any sunblock ablove SPF 30 will do..what do u think??

Not the highest SPF will be better...as what i know we can looking for ++ behind the SPF. I only uses the SPF20+ in Malysia also can last 8-9hrs. More highest SPF the sun block will be creamy & oily so better pick and buy the correct one that wont block your pores and skin.

U should look for the ingredients eg : Titanium Dioxide , Zinc Oxide
