Spoke to XL MV guy just now (wear specs wan), he said he think only Joker was released so far. Batman belum. Still gave me an August release date for the HT toys.

Lol, all those old one lah, those legendary bird, Lapras, Electricbuzz and all those, I only know damn many nia. Condition wise most of them in good condition, atleast all in one piece, hahaha.


But anyway, without sellign those stuff, I would have able to get a RX 78-2 ver 2.0, but just incase that the postage rise to god know how much next month when the RX 78-2 ver 2.0 come, so better save up lo. Plus, it feel more safer to have spare money. So when emergency come out, I can use those money while not afraid that I wont be getting a RX 78-2 ver 2.0. That would be my first kit that I brought that is release this year.

for exmaple in malaysia if lit tak carry gundam others agen cannto carry gundam

that the rule apply to s'pore

It really depends on the margin the Japan agent can give you. smile.gif

If Bandai gives the Japan sole agent a 60% margin, then the japan sole agent gives the retailer here 55% margin (provided you have the volume), i think the retailer here can still get 25-30% margin to retail.

Now, the question is, what margin is Litt Takk giving retailers?

Well, if one of us is serious about doing this (opening an account with lik tak) i do think it is workable - unless if they have a 'sales target' set for each account holder. Otherwise we can use the said account to buy gunpla kits cheaply and start selling to others as well. RM3000 is peanuts really. It is the 'terms and conditions' that might be more problematic.

The prices of goods sometimes are not meant to be publicly announced, because if the price is way lower than retail prices those ppls sales will be badly affected.
To sell at cost price do sound nice, but these ppl have overhead costs as well; such as admin work, gaji pekerja, rental fees, electric fees. They pun orang cari makan jugak.

Well Zio, i am sure the markup recommended by lik tak is quite high, otherwise the other 'grey' sellers won't bother bringing in stocks independantly from japan and hong kong AND undercut the RRP.

Well, the rule of thumb to be a distributor is to always have a 50% margin or more.

If it dips below that, its not worth it.

thant also depend on item .

I was leaning more towards us opening a Low Yat Gunpla Throne Pedophilic Gay Society account with Lik Tak, and us purchasing Gundams for ourselves directly from them. If things work out, we'd start selling to others at whatever price the shops are selling nod.gif
Methinks there is a real opportunity here, provided we don't turn out to be selfish b@st@rds and start a price war.

22% margin is terrible. 140000 yen is roughly MYR4000. That's around 25-30 gunpla a month, kinda tough. Don't think we have the numbers to form our club then.

someting profit only Rm5 .

i must sell cheaper than retail shop and i must sell cheaper than LYN seller plus the cost of 1 item is damm expensive

In my case, plamo or action figure are OK, but not static figurines. Actually for us Muslim, we are supposed to not keep statue(static figure) in house. I tried displaying gashapons b4, even that kena lecture by my mom, and my sis keep nagging on the fact that us Muslim are not suppose to keep statue in house. Huhu, b4 this I stay at hostel (my figure-collecting-hobby start during my hostel days), thus I have no problem displaying the figurines (even in castoff mode). Now after my study there(UPM) finished, I have to hide them, coz I dun have my own room like b4. Pics in the siggy were taken during the hostel days lah

Lol, anyway, after looking back at the 0079 series CD I have, damn, just notice, the RX 78-2 ver 2.0 did follow the real anime 99% if not 100%. ANd yes, even the booster also the same, RX 78-2 do have those puny backpack booster in the actual anime. So it is suppose to perform weaker vs those other Gundam during the OYW.

IF expensive by RM20, I will consider. That why I been saying, I been saving up a lot just ot get the RX78-2 ver 2.0, hack, with my current money, I can get 2 from Mr Yam with the price he offer, hahhaha.

Cause I'm just damn poison by RX 78-2 ver 2.0. It would look nice posing in the middle with my RX 78-4 and RX 78-5.
