the one mr ng has in AF is around RM500 which is a good buy. It looks very rough around the edges though, like some machinery.
Very powerfil airflow though, mr ng says can even pump motobike tyre  noisy as hell, but you can build a cover for it using sound proof materials and plywood. Practical, cheap, easy to maintain but ugly as hell. The Iwata is typical japanese - nice looking, quiet and comes highly recommended. Problem is Iwata Malaysia jacks up the price 1/3 RM 1400 for the IS-875 which is the middle range model. There are cheaper compressors, mostly made in taiwan methinks but kalau rosal, bye bye one  Plamo guys are starting to use high end aquarium pumps instead  This post has been edited by madmoz: Jul 27 2008, 11:27 PM |

Price ranges from very cheap to very expensive. I think the AF solution is the most practical. Reliable Compressor and good AB for under 1k.
