hi lowyat sifus,
wanna ask u all my hdd keeps making me bsod once in a while... after checking with wd data life guard software... sometimes it shows me got bad sector...sometimes not... so can i issue a rma ah? it is still under warranty  |

Send it back to achieva (WD distributor) for claim, and try to ask them for immediately exchange with reason -- you need to oversea in next day for half years. If you really got spare part, they will claim it for you with another unit. If not, then just wait for around half month loh.
