Last Tuesday(22/07/2008) just courier a good to popiah_mmu with penang address. Pos via poslaju.
But today(24/07/2008) poslaju guy call me and say they cant get the guy, the person name Latif (poslaju guy) told me that they cannot deliver the order to popiah_mmu due to no person at there. They want courier back to me.. >.<

How to avoid this problem.. If poslaju courier back to me, then i think i will ask buyer bank in again the full courier fee to me, coz last time i got giv discount.

How come the Poslaju will send the parcel back to you? If I am not wrong when the parcel receiver is not around then the parcel will be place at the Poslaju branches which is nearest to the delivery address and the receiver will be inform come to collect it.

yes but they will keep it for a few days and send it back to the sender. if the keep everythng ppl send but not received, the post office would explode with unclaimed items.

If not mistaken... the validation times is 14 days

I also not sure why, just few 2day only.. poslaju guy say want send it back to me.
Just now call the customer around 10 time no answer phone, maybe poslaju guy also call him many time no pickup. That y make poslaju guy wanna send it back to me.
Wish it complete send to the customer.

funny, i tot if there's no person at home, they would probably leave a card with tracking number at receiver's mailbox..so he will pickup by himself at post office.

i oso kena b4...charge d customer again
