im totally new to these audiophile things, im having a altec lansing mx6021 here, so basically it oredi has an built in amp? wht about if im using a decent headphone? would it sound even better if i pair it with my 2.1 system?

i would like the vocal to sound natural and present, hear the details, and a wide soundstage would be nice too bad my current setting cant giv me those

yes mx6201 got an internal amp built in.

a entry level bookself speaker with t-amp will give you those you need with a small budget

Can I use this with travagans 2" mini?

There should be no problems driving the travagans for sure as the T-Amp is capable driving a full blown floorstander!
Just that you would not realize the full potential of the T-Amp.
