The purpose of iTunes is to store your media files such as Songs, Photos, Movies, therefore whenever you connect your iTouch(iPodTouch actually) it will sync the information and transfer into your iPodTouch. Since your another PC don't have those files in the iTunes, your iTouch will reads no data and erase the files in your iTouch as well once you sync. Follow "blackchides" instruction whenever you connect to another PC's iTunes to avoid your problems.
