Is this some kind of promotion ? Never heard this uni before. And according to the uni website, it seems like a market place rather than a real uni.

Hi work_tgr,

A good MBA will always be partially measured by how much increase in salary its graduates can get. The Economist Intelligence Unit, in ranking the top 100 MBAs in the world, places increase in salary as one of its criteria. Check this out: EIU's Top 100 MBA by Increase in Salary.

So, ppl go for MBAs only if the benefits (learning experience, networking, increase in salary, increase in knowledge, business school's cert name, future promotions) exceed the costs (tuition fees, 1 or 2 years of forgone salary, travelling, etc).

Lousy MBAs (by unknown biz schools) of course cannot guarantee you salary increment (or even job, lol).

@Tangiers,
Well said - and to add on, there are a lot of other factors to consider too; attitude is definitely one of them.

Not scam la!! The above MBA is recognized in Singapore but not in Malaysia ( Due to "Technical" term) blink.gif

the ICM looked very professional when i first visited their website when im doing my study, thanks for the info rclxm9.gif

but the professor is my MBA guru and he is really boleh and thats why i trusted him and agreed to do the recruitment.

I am doing my MBA from an UK university but i found the MBA programme too stiff and boring( EXAM + Assignment + 3.5 Years) but i had really gained lots of knowledge through the process, im now starting my business by using the MBA general knowledge, and thats why i want to recruit student cos MBA really effective icon_rolleyes.gif

Lousy MBA of cos cannot guarantee a good salary increment but MBA programme can transform and sharpen a person and leads to work efficiency and gain salary increment.. its about the learning experience.. notworthy.gif

In fact, MBA is professional degree and only study the overall general knowledge (the essence) and its for working adult and degree is an academic qualification
