I bought whitening and collagen ampoules from Sharon to be sent to my mom. But there was a mistake and normalizing ampoule was sent instead of collagen. But she was quick to respond to the mistake and said she'd re-send another box of collagen ampoules to my mom. She even said that there's no need to send the normalizing ampoules back to her from my part since it's troublesome for my mom. Seller's really nice and honest.
