I really need your help..
I'm 150 cm tall and I weigh at about 68KG!
I checked my BMI & I'm overweight!
But I'm not sure how much I need of if u have any promotions?
If I get a set, can I mix and match the ampules or do I have to get the same type only?
I have tried may ways to slim down like diet, exercise and drink all the slimming coffee & tea but no long term effects
