hey boy...u break open using facial cotton pad around the 'neck' of the ampoule which has the white round ring...u can see it...suing facial cotton pad will minimize ur finger being hurt also...

Okay, my testi after using it for 1 week.
I just use the collagen,hydrating & eye pouch only....the others, not yet tried.
The collagen one, it really help with my fine line...somehow i can see its gone...
The eye pouch one is great too... it help reducing my under eye circle...
really happy with it!

It's definitely not fake
The brand of the consficated ones starts from 'S' whereas mine is Phytoderm & De Soins brand which are all formulated in France
The registration number which is the MAL or NOT is printed on the box itself or you can bring them to the authorities for verification
I normally check on these products before I sell anything here or I will risk my license being suspended
Furthermore, if it's really fake.....I wouldnt have so many returning happy customers who are satisfied with the ampoules results
The fake ampoules u saw in newspaper are mostly injectable Vitamin C if I'm not mistaken but the ones I'm having here are only for external use
Also the reason the beauty centres were raided by the enforcement was from the complaints of members of public who cannot see any results after using those ampoules & were being charged extorbitantly

hi sharon, wanna ask wat toner and moisturiser shud i get for better effect..and btw, i assume this is the right regimen right.

Cleanser ---> toner ----> clarifying ---> massage & rub onto face tll dry ---> wait a while ---> vit c ampoule ---> massage till dry ---> wait a while ----> moisturiser or pimple cream or scar cream

I bought 3 frm u, whch include purifying. So when do i used the purifying? can put 3 at once?

u can rotate them..meaning tonight u use for the scar regime, the next day the acne regime...which is the purifying ampoules
can? or too complicated? if still not sure...can alwiz ask

i bought gold serum from another forumer but its the same brand that you sell as well - CEUTICAL
suprisingly,i devoloped so so so much of irritation on my cheeks ,under eye and i also have this small small biji under my eye ,jaw line and beside my lips,my cheeks were so red its like some insect bite me,after few days it started to peel as well.
Since gold serum is really well known i was so shock with the unhealthy results.I purchased another gold serum from another forumer-but not the same brand but HIGHLY PRICED.1 bottle for rm20..and its exclusive 24k nano gold serum..like those i read in magazines.The results was awesome ! totally awesome.Maybe thats why there is a price difference between the expensive ones and this brand .Im unhappy with this gold product

and I checked with the forumer...u bought 1 bottle only wor (how much effect can u see ar??)
if not suitable u must stop using which is stated in most labels "discontinue use in event of skin rash"
Also u didnt consult the forumer ur skin type & straight away buy right? that's what I was told as well...as it's NOT suitable for oily skin
Also when using the gold ampoule, u're not supposed to exposed to heat or sunlight ....Im sure the forumer also advised u that?
Furthermore, I'm not sure what's ur intention here lor
If u just wanna kacau-kacau, then i'm not allowing anything like this to happen here coz u only buy 1 bottle of the other forumer stuff....so dont kacau-kacau here lar...if u're not happy u should go tell her & ask for advise to avoid this in future...not me as I didnt sell anything to u....as u can see, they Gold ampoule I have has a cap whereas the other forumer has no cap...so it's totally different thing
