hi...anybody can suggest me 2 storey terrace house @ kajang area (or maybe 2 1/2 if affordable). working at kajang utama / kajang bukit mewah (2 offices). price below rm210k. new or secondary. currently renting apartment at tmn kajang utama, near school area, but the area is quite boring (bandar koboi...hehe), and quite far from facilities (most important are hypermarket, petrol station..). any worthy house for me to stay?
