Hey all... I've got my sealed iPhone 3G from Singapore. I repeat, " Sealed unit from Singapore!'' I have successfully activate it using US iTunes account and it works perfectly with Malaysian sim cards (Maxis, Celcom & Digi). For those who planning to get it from Singapore, there's nothing to be worried... Let makes the family bigger... This post has been edited by pop_enygma: Aug 24 2008, 01:16 PM

QUOTE(rx330 @ Aug 24 2008, 01:32 PM) hohoho, more good news so basically its the same unit like string is having? 3g maxis, 3g celcom and edge digi tested? Yup, i think it's same with NZ unit... Since i'm maxis user, so i'm only able to test the Maxis 3G... But it shouldn't be a problem with celcom 3G and edge...

QUOTE(stringfellow @ Aug 24 2008, 10:00 PM) Congratulations, pop_enygma, your efforts finally pays off. I saw that twinkle in your eyes when we met yesterday for me to refund your money back. The very same twinkle when I wanted to get my own Aifontriji so bad. Pop's route is a viable one. The question is, are you willing to go all the way like he did, and pay slightly more than the price of an iPhone 3G from NZ? Thank u string... And I should be thanks to all people who always providing me the information about the iPhone 3G... A little bit higher price than NZ quite ok for me... Coz i cannot wait any longer. But please take not that the price is not as high as 'bloodsucker' price, plus there's an advantage in getting Singapore unit. Of course, the warranty is 'achievable'... Cheers! QUOTE(mONSTers @ Aug 28 2008, 08:55 AM) Singtel 3G iPhone Unlocked for 4 different Sim? http://forums.hardwarezone.com.sg/showthread.php?t=2073358Is there such thing? I cant be sure about it as i only have 3 sims with me. Singtel, Starhub and Maxis. So maybe someone with more than 4 sims can test it out? Mmm, since i never tried more than 4 different sim cards, then i can't confirm how true it is... But i think, it's too ridiculous b'coz they are mentioning that the phone should be brought to Singtel for unlock ' again'... That means it should be unlocked by Singtel for second time. How could it be the second time, if there's no first time... I think the people who circulate this rumours never knew that the Singapore iPhones are totally + originally unlock, out of the box... Just my 2 cents... This post has been edited by pop_enygma: Aug 28 2008, 09:16 AM
