Added on August 20, 2008, 6:19 pmi expect singtel to sell sim free iphones. there is a rule from IDA singapore which did not allow locked phones to launch officially in singapore.

i've never heard sim card lock that restrict only foreign sim card.

but the iphone is releasing tomorrow. answer will be revealed soon.

the iphone unlocking part is damn trickery, i believe alot of people bricked their iphone like mine while trying to unlock.
