as far i'm concerned, the origin of the credit card has to match the allocation of the itunes store.

hence naturally, your malaysian credit card can only be used inside a malaysian "store"

having said that, both my british debit/credit card will not work with the american one or vice versa.

he accepts maybank2u transfer and upon confirmation, he will e-mail you the step to step instruction alongside the gift certificate serial number.

100 is not a lot. buying apps and contents off the store is insanely addictive (no pun intended).
