QUOTE(ykc @ Feb 15 2006, 11:11 AM) Me and my gf had an unforgettable valentine last night. We had our dinner at Top Hats Restaurant. We arrived there around 9pm and there was still alot of ppl waiting for food to arrive. So we sat down and ordered our food, we just ordered main course as it's quite expensive to get the full set. But then the waitress mistaken for that and thought we order the full set. I told them about it and I'm cool with that since there maybe some miscommunication when we took the order. So we waited until 10.50pm (almost 2 hours) to get our main course. It's not dinner anymore, it's supper time...duh...my stomach hungry until no more feeling anymore. where is the restoran located??? i go there scold them also good.....this few day my mood is not nice The service there is very bad. It's very ineffecient and I shall use the word "lousy" to describe it. For example, they never refill our water eventhough it's empty for the whole night. After finished our meal, I asked for bill. Then waited for 5 minutes still haven't come back to me. So I directly go to the cashier to pay. The funny part is that they charged me the full set price. Then I explained to the cashier that I just took the main course and her look changed as if I'm cheating her. In my thoughts, why the heck those waiters/waitress didn't correct my orders after I've informed that I just took the main course. However some credits to the restaurant for the food we had. While I'm leaving, I overheard a customer complaining to the staffs there about the poor services. Well, I guess last night will be the last time I dine at Top Hats Restaurant. |

QUOTE(kenji1903 @ Feb 22 2006, 12:31 PM) learn now lar aih.....i also hope to expand my friend network.....but i dont knwo what to do cause i'm not studying anymore....i looking for job now...but no pppl hired me...haiz...... even don't have gf now still can be prepared mar right? ohh... my gf also not in any of my group of friends what... i met her when i worked in a bakery during summer vacation she don't know my friends, i don't know her, like that only can expand your network mar, some more studying different field, she business, me technical QUOTE(kenji1903 @ Feb 22 2006, 12:34 PM) But i don't think hotels will allow anyone to touch the piano except for their professional pianist wor? actually no lar.....if u know how to play, u can request from the pianist or captain at there. said u got special occasion wanted to dedicate a song for ur gf. tehy willing to help cause u are the customer and also they need to serve u in their best way because you are the boss. usually not much ppl know they really can let u use their piano but need to ask permissiion first lar. hotel managment in MO is very helpful toward theri customer but MO managment is very strict to their contractor. i mean when outside come to work in the hotel. cause they want to be 5 star hotel and they need to stay in safety first.... QUOTE(timothyy @ Jun 6 2006, 01:04 AM) No additional charges for the entertainment... in this age, you don't even need to tip the waiter or whoever it is. are u mean the sun and surf cafe?????? there food not bad...the chinese restaurant in west lake, i dont know lar...cause havent eat it beforeThe food? Well, I'd say quality food. Ya, food is good. Nice pizza... nice italian or american food... Meaning you can get from normal spagetti up to black pasta (squid ink pasta)... You can ask for lasagna or a big fat juicy steak. Sometimes, they have promo... So, different chef will come and show their special dishes. ITs located inside Sunway Resort. Its at the far right (looking from inside the hotel). Its next to the Chinese Restaurant. Ground Floor. |
