It's the part where Pacific Regency is.
Read somewhere that after 10pm there will be a RM50 per pax cover charge. It opens around 7pm so if you're early you'll get in free.
As for food they said it's nothing special, just finger food really, so don't expect a full dinner. It's mostly for having drinks and ESPECIALLY enjoying the view of KLCC / KL Tower.
I'm going there this Friday for my company gathering.
