any good place in KL/PJ for buffet/candlelight dining on valentine?.......i nid a silent environment for couple....price below 200....any recommendation?...

me changed plan d.....planning to celebrate a KL tower restaurant...tat 1 wich can rotate 360 degree.....any1 go b4?...nice??..can provide me some info on this?...i browse thru the official web...but not enough info...
