Shook! @ Star Hill?
You should try looking around Star Hill's lower ground floor. Alot of luxurious looking restaurants. Quite, dim and irrisistably romantic.

I also remember my sister saying someting about 'Bombay Palace' in KL...I've seen the building before...its like a mansion! Anyone know about it?
