Hi guys, I'm planning to get a new PSU to power up a PC with E8400, HD4850 and around 3-4 HDDs. I learned from LYN that a good PSU is needed for a stable PC. So, I look around some brands and I found one quite suitable for my usage, the Vantec ION2 500W which price around RM220 (in PG). I tried to google for more info about this unit but the result is hard to get. Actually, there are only a few things I need to know:

1. Is it true power (500W as claimed)
2. Reliability
3. Is the fan quiet (compare to Coolermaster Extreme)

Besides Vantec, I also look at other brands but I am not into overclocking and my budget is around RM250. So, a silent PSU that can run the above spec is enough for me. I'm hoping some LYN members can help me to clarify the spec, etc. Thank you in advance.
