Try to get the highest note(no cheating), using full voice, not falsetto guys or opera stlye singing.

(im asking u guys to follow this format, cause difrent ppl diffrent pitch, diffrent tuner, some type all kinds of C5, B6 or diffrent style which will confuse us all)

P/S: (anybody who wants a tuner for ur singing, download this Tuner, so u can sing infront of PC, singing along ur song, but can check whether u singing in tune with the tuner, cause TUNER on the pc detects faster than normal tuner, can use for tuning guitar also and is Free)

How do i go higher all the way up to C6??

I always train by singing "wake me up when september ends", then add 1 capo, then can sing liao later on , then add 2 capo up etc etc

Any Advice?

maybe u are tonedeaf

or u are actually singing 1 octave lower but assuming u are singing 1 octave higher

or ur voice is naturally low

i usually sing scales IN-TUNE and try to get higher day by day.

1 month ago i can only sing D5, nv actually train.
then this month i keep on training, now i hit G5 XD

nay, i can sing high, im from yamaha musics chool, they teach us singing ma, just i never strech, usually i sing D5, dont like to go higher.
I from young kena train singing in yamaha musci course

I've check, yes, i sing G5 ^^
( actually i can hit E5 and F5 liao but i dont use it often)

P/s: maybe ur piano out of tune?
ADDED: i sing in major triads, and i hit G5
now testing G#!

Cause using falsetto or whistle, can go up until G6-G7, and not many can control falsetto and whistle, and assume that their "High pitch scream" is their falsetto

Anyway, alot of singer use modal voice ma, eg linkin park, simple plan, all american reject, they only use falseto in some part and not throughout the whole song

the tuner sensitivity depends on ur mic quality

Is ur F near the middle C or 1 octave more than middle C?

usual range for boy is B3-C4 if im not mistaken. cause i teach my class lagu patriotik and it seems that way.
C5=2 octave above middle C. that veri high la dude
if can sing until there, can sing justin timberlake lol

I went once to school choir( wanted to join)
So i blend into the crowd when they were practising( they started 1-2months ago)
then when sing sing half way, the guy who teach shout:" U SEE THAT BOY, WHEN U SING HIGH, U ND TO OPEN UR EYES BIG BIG, AND MOUTH BIG AND ROUND LIKE HIM"

I was like wtf

After that i nv go( somemore kena my friend perli big big eye=.=")

He use a singing way call FALSETTO(Google it)
brief sumary-falsetto is a fake voice use by male to sing high, but it has less dynamics compare to modal voice
Eg:justin timberlake uses alot of falsetto

Modal voice=daunghtry/nickelback uses more modal voice

modal voice= MORE OHM
falsetto= sounds very high, thin voice, airy

vocal range= range: D#4-A5 for the song the reason

diffrent instrument= diffrent frequency.

violin frequency sound an octave higher.
