I've always had issues expressing myself to my parents. Never said I love you, hardly hug them... it's one of those asian family things i guess...

With my BF it was different. When i look at him smiling at me and only me, suddenly my lips just part and words come out on their own. It goes with the feeling in my heart at that time. Even at times when we fight I can still look at him and say I love you with tears in my eyes. It's a very strong pull from somewhere behind your tummy and a strange squeezing of the heart.
