This is what I get when I open plist in winrar. Is it corrupted?

I use IE7 to download. Finally got another file that is working flawlessly. Thanks to ianho and Samanoske Akechi. Thanks for your inquiry. You can download the file at the following link : http://rapidshare.com/files/138946738/Phon...ates.plist.htmlJust upload it to /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/AppSupport.framework and overwrite the original file.
