I've seen a Penang plate that starts with 'W', but i forgot the number. It is not Wilayah Persekutuan.
I believe this plate should be able to sell more than RM88K.

why is penang CM and Deputy CM on Mercedes Benz when they are suppose to use national made car such as the Perdana?
