For me it depends. If 60.53.*.* likes me I can use msn without a hitch.
 But yeah 90% of the time it just fails, crash and burned my msn. 60.54.*.* and 118.*.*.* working fine. Reporting from Perak. BTW, switching IPs will only work if it's really a different range. E.g. 53 -> 118 -> 53 (still gives you a fair percentage of using msn -- luck and place based.) |

Currently 60.53 / 54 / 118.* / works nicely.
