I think some other games shops has it, there is one at Hartamas shopping centre. I called and asked which model, he said it was the 3000 and he is selling it at 1099 for 160 gb I think.

I'm still contemplating and deciding to get either 2500 model or the new one.

Wah, they have stock. Maybe they purposely claimed limited stock so that ppl who wants a ps3 panic and quickly grab one before 2506 stock runs out.

take out ps3,put sticker on the unit,register the serial number, what else? T&C between sirim and Sony?

Where is it? I couldnt take the risk buying s'pore unit. So, cancel last minute. Ask sony at times square, they said ps3 v3 series landed on our shores already. Stuck at sirim for checking n sticker stick. By next week will be available.

Asker about the new model also, they said new model comes with less power consumption, less heat, new fan that more reliable. So, will wait for it! Hehe

i visited & called most of the sony store / centre on Sunday & all of them run out of stock!
i thought the bundle pack is another option for me so i try to call the sony customer service but ofcos they have no idea about this and suggest me to call HK customer service hotline

but the customer service call me back after she got all the details! she said sony will hv a official launch for the v3000 at OCT 15th!
ask abt the bundle pack, she said they still dun hv any news yet...

I was too. But not The Curve, but TS Sony. They reserved for me already. Its CECH-3000. But at the moment they have only 320GB version. 160GB still dont have any news yet according to them. I'm going to take it tomorrow early in the morning.
