I dunno whether PS3 80g Malaysian set sell at Sony Style got Dualshock controller or not.Anyone can give answer?since I already sold my Sg'pore set to my big bro together with the DS3 controller.If not I have to buy a new one...sob sob.

Try call Dr Emmet Brown.He will lend you his DeLorean to time travel into the year of 2010 so that you can go ask the shop owner at that time how much the PS3 cost in 2010.

Glad to hear that. At least this CNY I can still buy at Sony Style if the regular game shop closed.

Haha when I read the 1st page until this page I feel like I have to write my humble opinion in relation of the current PS3 price in Malaysia.

I remember last time I argued with my cousin from Singapore said that PS3 is very cheap even he as a 7-11 cashier could also afford to buy it( price about SD 869) then he laugh at me coz cannot afford to buy the console even though I work as an engineer.I had explain to him that the ps3 yet to launch at Malaysia unlike Sg'pore and some more the shopowner need to order from the overseas country like US plus the transportation and custom fee which make the console cost 2 times of its original price.Well he didn't believe it coz of his shortminded brain. I also remember last time when I follow my friend to buy PS3 at the local gameshop.When the shop owner told that the price for US PS3 80G worth about RM2700+, I was shocked at that time and my leg stumbled to the ground with my heart saying "wait until I become a manager probably then I could buy a PS3".

Eventhough later on PS3 came out with a 40g asia vers. with average price of RM1300+ we still facing with the warranty problem.However when I planned to buy the 40g si'pore ver. they already sold out abut however I still brought my 1st PS3 but from my friend with rm1000 onlly(coz it is a 2nd hand).

After Sony launched their PS3 in Malaysia, I found it quite normal for you all to discussed on the price of 80g PS3 with the price of less than RM2000 and heck with special package also still below RM2000.I am not spamming on this thread but just want us to share about how thankful we are for the launching.Imagine that if Sony yet to launched the PS3 in Malaysia,I wonder that Fallout package price probaly already reached RM3000.Oh and probably PS3 not sells at Sony Style shop and we have to buy from the normal gameshop which we have to be careful because some of the shop always cheat on their customer.Rightnow I have sold my 2nd hand PS3 to my big bro (coz he wanted to play MGS4 very badly) with only RM500 and planning to buy the Malaysian vr. regardless normal or special package. coz price still stick below RM2000.

Well, I'm not saying that I am a Sony fanboy and we should very thankful to Sony for launching their PS3 in Malaysia, but just to share for us to let us remember back our hard time to own a PS3 during previous days.

I saw itn at SonyStyle Penang. Dunno whether the price is same for the console only same with black piano one = RM1599.

Wait for company's ang pau this saturday to buy the ceramic one.

Kinda remind me of my old 40g ps3.That is also reason for me to buy ps3 jus to watch xvid mp4 in konsol.Sum more you can manage the movie's file names and folder unlike the "other console"(Tutorial thanks to samurai20).
