If I were you, I would have made sure that the cooler safely packed before sending the item. Their job is to send your item not to take care of your item, so don't ever depend on them.

Also, did you request for a fragile sticker?

Is this cooler have it's own box. By using own box, the cooler shouldn't become like that during shipping.

It seller responsibility to make sure the packaging is good enough for shipping. Courier company won't care about it.

I see myself, even you put fragile sticker, they won't care actually. They just 'campak' the box.

Be careful next time when sending your item.

as i am also a frequent user of GDEX, the most important thing is packaging of the item by the sender.... enough padding would provide protection for the item sent. like nordin mentioned, did you used original packaging box

RM13.30 is consider normal delivery.

There is another type of delivery call "security handling" by Gdex.
Of course charges is higher

GDex will refund but take a very long time...lastime i send a handphone worth RM 250 through GDex...they lost the parcel and i ask for compensation...it took me 3 months+ to get refund...i keep on calling the GDex HQ every week within these 3 months...they no respond and keep on push me to another department...at last i call them and say wanna bring this issue to the star newspaper...they direct pass my call to the manager/authority and i get refunded within a week time...they only refund RM 100 and 1 box of chocolate...it is better than ntg although i lost Rm 150....

For GD Express, if they're slow in responding, call up their HQ and speak to their operations manager. Normally, if the shipment is fragile, they will stick a Fragile sticker on the parcel itself and it will be handled specially. Was there a sticker on your shipment?

Partly (or entirely - depending how one evaluates the situation) , the cooler comes with a proper packaging. Well, so fingers could be pointed back to the seller.
