I can't seem to find any info on this, so I have to ask. Two basic things which I can't seem to find in the iPhone.

a) When i received an sms from someone who's not in my contact list, is there a way to save that phone number as a new contact? It seems an obvious functionality but i can't find it in iPhone?

b) When i'm viewing an SMS, is there a way to call that person?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure you're using any third party application to will your sms, let say you're viewing your SMS thru the iPhone native sms viewer "Text", the "call" & "add to contact" button is just sitting at the top second line of the screen (obviously).

Thanks, Joelles!

I feel like an idiot! smile.gif For some reason, each of my sms thread has so many 'conversations' in it that the top line of "Call" & "Contact Info" was always obscured. I just saw that for the first time. Much thanks again, Joelles.
