Hi there! I did > 5 books with photobook, and I am very satisfied with their products. From landscape, potrait, till large photobook I did with them. I think your friend didn't choose the gsm of the paper, I always upgrade to 210 gsm , and matte type,hardcover. If the result of your book is not good, it may due to your picture resolution, paper quality. I always support photobook cause their service is very good.
