At least you all still able to connect although the line is slow. Me in Kulim here is worst.
My line is down since yesterday. Log a call to the stupid support hotline, they said their technician doing some maintenance in my area.
Ask them how long it takes, they said at least few days but can't confirmed about the duration.
Such shitty services from them but no choice since they are the King in Malaysia.

I'm staying nearby Taman Selasih, the helpdesk ppl only said the tm technician doing some maintenance in my area nia.
till this morning, my line still having problem.. a while connect, a while disconnect. call them again n they said still doing maintenance..
they said still dunno when my line will be ok.. damn sucks siak...

till now, my streamyx is still not able to access internet. Call them and reset the port but the problem still the same.
already been down since last mon. is it possible to ask for rebate?

just receive call from tm technician asking me to check my connection as he has switch my port. i told him i can only check it when i go back home after work.
he then told me that my area are still facing some problem with the fiber connection. I was like WTH..
I told him that all this while i log call to the streamyx hotline, the helpdesk ppl check and said that the streamyx in my area is ok liao.
then he said that it's still not ok till now. hopefully, i can get my line back later when i'm at home.
if not, i really wan to screw them up again.

finally, my line is back to normal. So far been working good since yesterday.
just a question, any know how to ask for the rebate since my line is down from last monday till friday?

Hopefully, they will give me some rebate due to the downtime for the past 5 days.
