What ip pool are you on?124?118?
Agreed, I'm stuck on these two ip pools, can't get around it either. Checked routing to multiple places on the planet - bad speeds/pings/routing/etc. On the other hand, oddly enough, today my downloads from the ftp.freebsd.org server is "so so" peaking at around 90KB/s when I usually get 140+. I guess we just have to wait for a lil bit till they get their crap together.
Check for bt throttling <-- in the meantime, just for shits n giggles, you can check this.
Also, I should have also mentioned earlier that the rst packets only affect uploads. Secondly, my ssh and ssl *MIGHT* be throttled due to them giving a lower priority on encrypted traffic [which also will affect things like vpns if that is the case], but like I said, gotta wait for them to get off their ass. Anyone else here able to verify slower speeds on encrypted traffic? It seems that some people are still getting decent speeds for their torrents etc so it might be an issue that affects certain locations. You guys needs to also add in your posts what location you are at which might help, and mention whether you are getting good or bad speeds in that area so we can get a general overview and idea of what's going on.
