Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

why the STUPID TMNUT suddenly decrease my bandwidth from 1Mbps to 512kbps? why TMNUT why?
  were them reset something account info during the "Disaster Day" ?? lol............. i am feel so innocent now, suddenly being capped from 1Mbps to 512kbps..........    |

hi guys, r u sure nothing wrong with ur own Streamyx account?
my problem: there is something wrong with my Streamyx account, so the TM technician came to my house, he tested by using his own account, everything is normal; But using my one, everything is sux  he asked me go to nearest TM Point to solve this problem personally.... |

if one day, u guys Modem (bought on ur own) suddenly rosak is due to keep restarting modem many times, then u guys can go to TM Point to claim back the money to buy a new one......
