yes, recently (at least for 2-3 weeks already), the international lines have been lagging a lot after 7pm..
im getting mad at this bcos can't play online games properly for few weeks already.. sleep.gif
if they don't fix it again tonight, im going to complain!!

it depends on ur area..
if tmnut set ur ip range should be between 118.* and 124.*, u can't get beyond that..
they can change the IP settings anytime, and you can never complain against them because, we're using DYNAMIC IP.
I tried to complain already but it's useless ...
