I am getting over 90% packet loss to some locations. The last few times this happened, it was over in a couple hours. This time it has gone on for a very long time (at least 8 hours). I think we should set up a web site that records these outages, and then invite everyone we know who has Streamyx to join, and the web site can auto-generate refund request letters on behalf of all of its members for the periods when the service is unusable. Maybe if they are getting thousands of refund requests every week, management will start to pay attention to the fact that the network people are not doing their jobs. Now that is an idea. These low speeds are definitely not worth paying for. I've wanted to upgrade from 1mbps to 2mbps but from the look of things it doesn't look like it will help.
