Anyone experieced extreme Screamyx slowdowns?, Link goes fast then slow down repeatedly

luckily i have my celcom broadband hope hop away package....dam screamyx is so slow...celcom BB is much faster although for 384kbps..tried to call 100 but the line for internet is ngage....dam
